Appointments and Policies

Disclaimer
Only therapeutic non sexual massages are performed. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, and the massage session will be terminated immediately without refund.
 
Reservations:
Clients are seen by appointment only. However, walk-in consultations are welcome. Appointments are available online.
 
Upon Arrival:
An intake form is required for ALL clients. A consultation is performed before every massage for any questions or concerns the client might have.
 
Late Arrival Policy: 
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time left from their original session at the original price only if the next client is not inconvenienced.
 
No Show: 
Clients who fail to show for a scheduled appointment will be charged the amount of the service(s) scheduled.
 
Cancellation Policy:  
Appointments MUST be cancelled four (4) hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations anytime after the eight-hour time frame will incur a price of service charge.
 
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are non-refundable, and are not exchangeable for cash. Prices of services may change without notice.
 
Cellular Phones:
Please silence cell phones before massage session.
 
Medical Conditions:
If you are under a physician’s care, please inform the massage therapist. A letter of consent may be required from your physician stating that massage treatment is permitted. 

Please RESCHEDULE if:
❎ You have a fever or been in contact with someone who was diagnose with COVID-19 (wait 2 weeks)
❎ Showing any symptoms (sneezing, coughing, fever, shortness of breath)
❎ Not sure what's wrong, but think it is something else

Please Do...
✅ Wear a face mask
✅ Wait in the car until your therapist come or text you
✅ Wash your hands or use sanitizer before massage
✅ Be on time
✅ No guess, or extra company in lobby
✅ Please bring correct cash or write a check. If you need to pay with a bank/credit card, please let me know in advance. I can email you an invoice to pay online.
